i don't think that you have read my message. Ok i think also that there should be no Conflict created, but it is always better to create a conflict than rather loosing all data the user has changed. What would your Notes Users say if they are changing Trouble Ticket Documents, saving theyr changes and after two weeks the customer is asking why no one has done this trouble ticket, in case the agent had "killed" all data the user has entered...
